Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a range of beauty treatments, ensuring clients receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in beauty and customer service, contributing to clients’ confidence and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be fluent in English, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Perform various beauty treatments including facials, waxing, skincare, and makeup application with precision and professionalism.
Deliver personalised consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing experience for clients and addressing any queries or concerns effectively.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development.
Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
To be able to run your own beauty room and clientele.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality treatment delivery.
Ability to work flexibly within the salon’s operating hours, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Relevant certifications or licences in beauty therapy are advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
