Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across different sites, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties

Assisting with loading and unloading materials using appropriate equipment
Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and materials
Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout shifts
Moving supplies and equipment to designated locations within the site
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
Participating in site inspections and reporting any hazards or issues promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully
Reliable with a strong commitment to safety standards
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment
