Front of House Team Member – Clubhouse Blackburn

Join the Team at Clubhouse Blackburn

We're looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to become part of the Front of House team at Clubhouse Blackburn – a vibrant padel destination where great sport, great coffee, great food, and great people come together.

As one of the first faces our members and guests see, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional Clubhouse experience. Whether you're welcoming players arriving for a match, serving food and drinks, helping with bookings, or supporting club events, you'll help create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating a warm and friendly welcome for all members, guests, and visitors
Managing court bookings, check-ins, enquiries, and daily front desk operations
Taking food and drink orders and delivering excellent service throughout each visit
Promoting club events, memberships, coaching programmes, and special offers
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional clubhouse environment
Assisting with food preparation and ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene
Processing payments accurately using our POS systems
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
Working closely with the wider team to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience
Helping bring the Clubhouse community to life through events, socials, and day-to-day interactions

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-facing roles is desirable
A positive attitude and genuine passion for creating great customer experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence working in a busy, fast-moving environment
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
A team player who is willing to get stuck in wherever needed
Basic cash handling and payment processing experience
Knowledge of food safety procedures is beneficial but not essential
An interest in sport, fitness, or padel is a bonus
