Chartered status through the APC training

practice consultancy.

At Lea Hough, we have a strong team of highly
experienced surveyors working alongside younger
surveyors who have recently gone through the APC
process, so we are best placed to help you on your
chosen career path, whilst you help us develop and
improve our practice.

We have a strong team ethic where everyone helps
each other, be it with a construction project or
assisting with the APC process. We will provide full
support, through our RICS approved Structured
Training Programme.

Our APC training programme has had great success
over the past few years with many of our graduate
recruits having passed their APC at the first
attempt, to achieve their goal of becoming MRICS
Chartered Surveyors.

BUILDING SURVEYING TEAM
Our Building Surveying team cover a diverse
spread of work across all types of property
including commercial, industrial, educational
and domestic houses.

Surveying and Project Management services.

educational sector and we have a large client-
base of schools, academies and colleges. Other

YOUR ROLE
As a Graduate Surveyor, you would work with
our experienced team to provide a full range
of professional Building Surveying services
including defect diagnosis, project management,
contract administration, schedules of condition,
dilapidations, party wall matters, etc. This would
enable you to gain a full range of experience that
will assist you in your goal of becoming a Chartered
Surveyor and, in doing so, you would become a
great asset to our company.

TRAINING PROGRAMME
We have an enviable track record of training-up and
supporting Graduate Surveyors through their APC
process, resulting in several of our surveyors having
qualified as MRICS Chartered Surveyors in quick
time whilst working at Lea Hough.

We provide full support through the RICS
Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), via
our Structured Graduate Training Programme.

WE CAN OFFER:
An excellent salary, payment of RICS fees, pension,
mileage allowance, 25 days’ holiday plus bank
holidays, in-house CPD seminars, contribution
towards external CPD requirements, free parking,
modern office environment and social events.

Graduates will benefit from exposure to an excellent
range and variety of experience, as well as being
fast-tracked and trained-up to become MRICS

experience on a wide range of Building Surveying
tasks and Project Management work, for a range
of clients, making the role all the more interesting
and varied on a day-to-day basis, resulting in better
learning and experience.
