Nail Technician Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician/ Beauty therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty nail care and design, coupled with excellent customer service skills. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services and beauty treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.

Duties

Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
Perform Beauty treatments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any aftercare required
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care and design
Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician
Hold qualifications in Beauty services
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Attention to detail and a passion for beauty and nails
Relevant qualifications or certifications in nail technology are advantageous
