Fulfilment Operations Assistant (Temporary – 2 Months)

Location: Waterlooville | Hybrid | Temporary Contract

Giftpro is a leading hospitality gift voucher platform, creating beautifully branded gifting experiences for some of the UK’s best-known hospitality brands. We’re looking for a Fulfilment Operations Assistant to support our busy fulfilment operation during a key peak period.

This hands-on temporary role will focus on operating our Xerox Versant 280 digital press, producing high-quality printed gift vouchers, and ensuring orders are packed and dispatched accurately and on time. Working closely with the Fulfilment Operations Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the premium customer experience Giftpro is known for.

Requirements

What you’ll do

Operate the Xerox Versant 280 digital press to produce high-quality branded gift vouchers
Set up and manage print jobs, including media loading, calibration, and quality checks
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on schedule
Maintain excellent print and fulfilment quality standards at all times
Support daily fulfilment targets during busy peak periods
Monitor stock and consumable levels to avoid delays
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
