Full job description

Position: Store Manager
Location: Thurrock
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekends
Salary: On target earnings of £60,000-£70,000 (to include a phenomenal basic salary, commission + bonuses!)

NCF is a rapidly growing company with an Excellent Trustpilot rating. We are seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager to help lead our store in Thurrock, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

About You

You will have experience in a similar retail or sales-focused environment and thrive in a target-driven role. You are motivated by results, enjoy developing and inspiring teams, and consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The successful candidate will currently be working in a high-performing Sales Manager or General Manager role and be ready to take the next step in their retail career. You will be ambitious, dynamic, and proactive, with strong leadership skills and a “can-do” attitude. As a natural team player, you will motivate and coach the store sales team while delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

To lead, inspire, motivate, develop and coach a high performing store sales team through effective leadership.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives through set KPI’s.
Maintain high store standards ensuring NCF customers are provided with a positive, engaging shopping experience and a first class solution to their interior design requirements.
You will be directly responsible for overseeing the effective day to day management of the store, including staff/rota planning, staff appraisals and general performance reviews.
