ABOUT THE NED:

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 248 hotel bedrooms.

AS A THE LEADER OF OUR CONCIERGE TEAM YOU WILL:

Lead and manage the concierge team to deliver all performance - commercial, operational, customer, and team
Provide guests with expert advice on local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
Efficiently handle guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Ned’s services and amenities.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE:

Proven leadership experience within a concierge team is essential, ideally within a similar environment
Membership of Les Clefs D’Or
A proven track record of delivering outstanding people management and commercial performance in a similar role
Multilingual skills will be beneficial, but are not essential
Our concierge team are a constant presence in the heart of the ground floor, so you’ll obviously have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality
Our ground floor is host to live music every day and multiple bars and restaurants. As such this can be a lively and high-pressure environment, so a calm demeanour and ability to defuse situations and turn them into a positive is extremely valuable
