Job Description:

Core Objectives:

Customer Service is the backbone of our business, and we are proud to upload a very high level of support and service to our customers. This role is to assist customers with queries and after-sales support and issue logging, tracking, and resolving of by liaising with Team Leaders of other departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Answering all incoming phone calls and emails that come to the CS Team
Inputting of all customer orders on the system in an accurate and timely manner
Resolving NCRs within the agreed timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high by working with all team leaders affected.
Meeting the needs of internal customers
Maintaining and updating of customer service policies and procedures

Day to day responsibilities for the team to include:

Participate in all of the day-to-day customer services activities, including but not limited to: Phone answering, email responses, NCR reporting, Order inputting and Courier liaison
Assist with effective liaison, support and assistance between customer services department and rest of organisation and 3rd party providers.
Maintain and improve mechanisms for surveying and measuring customer satisfaction and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
Use CRM system to manage the functions of receiving, analysing, resolving and documenting customers’ issues and complaints in accordance with the organisation’s requirements
Assist with developing plans for customer services activities to include customer management to achieve satisfaction targets
Provide support to all other departments with customer service and related issues
Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required
Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and clients/customers

Essential Abilities/Competencies for the role:

2 years’ experience in this type of job role
Have a can-do attitude
Very good time management skills
Understanding of customer service management obligations (including statutory obligations), requirements and dynamics
Focussed on accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to use Microsoft software & CRM systems
Ability to assist in customer service management and control
Project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
