Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is preferred, as some roles may require travel between locations.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 17:00-20:30 (17.5hrs) per week. There's an opportunity to gain more hours.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols and standards
Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and organised
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and professionally
Maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients to ensure satisfaction
Calculating stock usage daily.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is required
Previous employer references will be required
Interviews will be held on Microsoft-teams or face to face
Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members
A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that involve travel between sites
Demonstrated customer service skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy
