Blue Lily Home Care is a leading provider of high quality domiciliary care. We help individuals maintain their independence in their own homes. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Officer to join our growing team.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for brand development, digital marketing, and audience engagement. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting the organization’s growth objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and foster customer loyalty.

You will drive brand awareness and generate private client enquiries. This role combines outreach, digital marketing with face-to-face community networking.

The Role:

You will drive brand awareness and generate private client enquiries. This role combines outreach, digital marketing with face-to-face community networking

Key Responsibilities:

Build partnerships with local councils, brokerage officers, Social Workers, GPs, hospitals, local authorities, and community groups.
Manage social media channels and create engaging local content.
Design and execute local print and digital marketing campaigns.
Track enquiry data to measure campaign success.

Requirements:

Previous experience in marketing or healthcare networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
We prefer candidates with strong networking with local authorities, brokerage officers and community networking.
Proven track record

Pay: £25,420.00-£35,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Harrow HA1 4HN
