Rate: Starting from £16.00 per hour

Airsec Group Limited is looking for experienced SIA Licensed Security Supervisors to lead teams at small and large-scale events across Bristol and beyond.

What We Offer

Competitive pay starting from £16.00 per hour.
Flexible shifts, primarily Fridays and Saturdays, with additional weekday opportunities.
Shift Management Portal to easily manage your availability and shifts.
Free travel for festival work outside of Bristol.
Employee of the Month Programme recognising and rewarding outstanding performance.
The opportunity to lead professional teams at exciting large-scale events, including air shows, concerts, festivals and sporting events.
Most of our work is based within BS1 and BS2.

Who We're Looking For

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
3–5 years' experience working within the security industry, ideally in events or hospitality.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 3–5 Door Supervisors within designated event areas.
Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills.
Professional, approachable and well-spoken, with outstanding communication skills.
Calm under pressure with the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, event management and fellow supervisors.
SIA Close Protection Licence is a significant advantage but not essential.
Availability to work weekends, particularly Fridays and Saturdays.
