Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender/Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with efficiency and friendliness
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive service
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, process payments, and issue receipts
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Uphold responsible serving practices by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and adhering to legal regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving policies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude that enhances the guest experience
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
