Are you a methodical, detail-driven account manager who takes pride in getting every spec, quote, and order exactly right—and enjoys being the person clients trust to never drop a ball?

We're looking for an Internal Account Manager to take ownership of a client portfolio: managing the detail behind every order, coordinating closely with design, technical, and purchasing, and giving customers service they can rely on completely.

Your Mission

Within your first 12 months, you will:

Grow revenue and margin across your client portfolio by spotting opportunities others miss.
Become the go‑to expert for your segment of accounts—trusted, responsive, and commercially sharp.
Create frictionless customer journeys, from brief to delivery, by coordinating internally across design, technical, and purchasing functions.
Drive account efficiency, influencing clients to work with us in ways that improve service and operational performance.
Strengthen relationships through reliable communication, high-quality proposals, and proactive problem-solving.

What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day

Manage all internal communication for your assigned accounts and partner closely with external sales reps.
Handle enquiries professionally and promptly—ensuring every touchpoint adds value.
Analyse client spend, behaviour, and product lines to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, specifications, technical documentation, and pricing.
Coordinate with our design team and suppliers for samples, RFQs, costings, and approvals.
Ensure orders and variants are set up accurately, tracked effectively, and delivered smoothly.
Keep CRM data immaculate—because you know clarity drives growth.
Actively contribute to a positive, supportive, no‑drama team culture.

What You Bring

Experience in an account management or customer-facing commercial role (packaging experience useful but not essential).
Strong organisational skills—you love clarity, structure, and a tidy CRM.
A commercial mindset with the ability to spot upsell, cross-sell and optimisation opportunities.
Confident communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts with accuracy and calmness.
A team player attitude with a genuine desire to help colleagues win.
