Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment. Previous experience with hand tools, power tools, or machinery is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. .

Responsibilities

Assisting with various tasks across the business
Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Supporting construction activities such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
Performing routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site
Assisting with general labour duties including loading and unloading materials
Supporting specialised tasks related to gardening, horticulture, or site development as required

Requirements

Previous experience is advantageous but not necessary
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is beneficial
Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Valid UK driving licence (mandatory)
Valid CSCS card
Be able to travel and stay away from home for site works (not weekends)
Ready to work ASAP

*Please note that we work for Tier 1 & Tier 2 Construction clients that will have an induction process which will involve D&A testing

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
