CBRE is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment. Through our Facilities Management function, we focus on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans.
Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed effectively and in line with established procedures.

Role Summary:
Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure that procedures, policies, and reporting formats are implemented and followed.
Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
Collect information and reports to determine performance and progress status.
File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling processes.
Follow instructions, correspondence, and memos, seeking clarification when required.
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
Use existing procedures to resolve straightforward issues with limited discretion.
Deliver work by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Contribute through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks.

Experience Required:
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organisational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and mark-ups.
