Ladera Technology Ltd is seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of managed IT services across IBM platforms, AI-driven solutions, Cloud environments, and SAP ecosystems.

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless, secure, and high-performing service delivery, while driving automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to ensure services deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery Management

Own end-to-end service delivery across client accounts, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently met
Oversee delivery across enterprise platforms including IBM Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services
Ensure effective incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL best practices
Maintain high availability, performance, and resilience of services

IBM & AI-Driven Service Innovation

Leverage IBM Watson and IBM watsonx to enhance service delivery through automation and intelligence
Drive adoption of AIOps for predictive monitoring and incident prevention
Implement AI-powered service desk capabilities (chatbots, auto-ticketing, self-healing systems)
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI and analytics

SAP & Enterprise Application Delivery

Oversee service delivery for SAP landscapes including SAP S/4HANA and related modules
Ensure stability, performance, and optimisation of SAP environments across cloud and hybrid infrastructures
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance
Manage SAP release cycles, upgrades, and support services

Cloud Service Management

Manage delivery across multi-cloud and hybrid environments including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and IBM Cloud
Ensure cloud governance, cost optimisation, and security compliance
Support cloud migration, transformation, and optimisation initiatives
Drive automation and scalability in cloud operations

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients across service delivery, cloud, SAP, and AI initiatives
Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct regular service reviews, presenting performance insights and improvement plans
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution

IBM & Partner Engagement

Collaborate with IBM and other strategic partners for service optimisation and innovation
Align delivery with partner best practices, certifications, and roadmaps
Coordinate with vendor support teams for issue resolution and enhancements

Operational Excellence

Oversee daily service operations across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and enterprise platforms
Ensure effective transition of projects into BAU support
Drive process standardisation, automation, and efficiency
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning

Governance & Reporting

Produce service performance reports covering SLA adherence, cloud metrics, SAP performance, and AI impact
Maintain documentation including SLAs, OLAs, runbooks, and knowledge bases
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data protection standards

Financial & Commercial Management

Manage service budgets, cost optimisation, and profitability
Identify opportunities for upsell across cloud, SAP, IBM, and AI services
Support contract renewals, proposals, and commercial discussions

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all service areas
Promote adoption of emerging technologies including AI and automation
Foster a culture of innovation and service excellence

Key Skills & ExperienceEssential

Proven experience in IT Service Delivery Management within managed services or consulting
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management processes
Experience managing enterprise environments across cloud and applications
Hands-on or working knowledge of IBM platforms, cloud services, and SAP systems
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Desirable

ITIL Certification (Foundation or above)
Experience with IBM solutions and ecosystems
Knowledge of SAP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA
Familiarity with AI, automation, and AIOps
Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud)
