Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and taste.
Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service throughout their visit.
Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards.
Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills.
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and process payments promptly.
Uphold food safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee brewing equipment is a plus.
Experience in serving or waitressing roles demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to maintain hygiene and safety.
Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively without compromising service quality.
Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
