Full job description

The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Manager and the Office team on customer / internal projects and on organising the daily administrative tasks.

The key areas of the role are:

Support Finance Manager on Financial Reporting using Sage 50 Accounts to produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
Support Operations Team using the Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) System for managing all operations support activities .
Support on managing Sales Orders, Sales Orders Acknowledgment, Sales Invoices working closely with Project Managers and Finance Manager.
Support the Finance Manager - when required - on month end financial reporting; preparing account reconciliations, accruals and pre- payment analysis.
Support on weekly reports required - capacities & performance.
Execute and Support the Organisation in all administrative and organisational works.

Skills and attitude

Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft standard applications.
Excellent attention to detail.
Problem solving skills and a curious mind, always willing to ask the question.
Flexible Approach to workload & business needs.
Work well in a team environment.
Ability to work under pressure.
Assist with continual improvements wherever possible.
Assist with best practice standards.

You will be working as part of small team so you must be happy to help with answering the telephones and assisting with customers as required.
