We are looking for a talented and inspiring Learning Coach to join our growing team in Redditch.
Salary - £25,334 - £28,765 (Pay scale points 18 - 23) (actual gross p/a)
Reporting to – Tutors/Quality Manager
Contract – Full Time, Term Time, Permanent
Note: This is a term time only role, you will be required to work during term time only, taking all college holidays. The salary range stated above is a pro-rata salary that already takes this into account, and the £ range stated is therefore the actual salary range for this position, with no further pro-rata reductions to be applied for term time only working. We are also currently operating a pilot 4-day wee (subject to review and not a contractual entitlement), meaning all staff enjoy a 3-day weekend Friday – Sunday, every week.

We first opened our doors in 2014 with 10 learners and 3 staff. Since then, we have successfully grown the college to what it is today, with 160 students and 97 staff. We are an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ college and I am now looking for a Learning Coach to join my team in Redditch and contribute towards our commitment to deliver a person-centred, innovative, and practical education that equips our students with the essential academic, vocational, and life skills needed to transition successfully into adulthood.

Working as part of our dynamic Teaching & Learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners both in college and in real-world environments. You will work alongside tutors in the classroom and beyond, delivering tailored support, creating engaging learning experiences, and helping learners build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
