The SWLEOC Scheduling Team coordinates approximately 450+ surgeries per month, fully utilising six theatres per day, six days a week. The scheduling team have to manage to 55 consultants schedules across the partnership complete nearly 6000 surgeries per year. The SWLEOC Administrative Support Team schedules around 600 virtual nurse appointments and 600 face-to-face Physical assessments each month.
The 2 successful candidate will be adaptable, dependable, resilient, organised, and possess strong communication skills. Candidates will be required to liaise with schedulers, nursing teams, and senior management while effectively prioritising workloads.

Candidates main duties
- Communicate with patients to set up a digital pre-assessment accounts
- Schedule patients virtual nurse and physical face to face appointments .
- Report to management any findings or issues
- Updating spreadsheets and localised computer systems
Candidate attributes and Key skills:
- Demonstrates interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Evidence of ability to prioritise workload with some direction.

- Able to identify when to seek advice and escalate complaints/problems.
