Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your project management, analysis, and organisational skills within a collaborative environment. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication abilities and a solid understanding of B2B marketing practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource utilisation
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Create engaging presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to communicate findings and proposals
Lead marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms and industry events
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to support business development efforts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B environments preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Solid understanding of IT systems relevant to marketing activities
Organisational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
Experience in marketing strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis
