About Appeal Tool

Appeal Tool is an online platform helping people with property tax disputes, tax letters, and related case support. We are growing and looking for an ambitious, organised person to help lead a team that reviews cases, completes tasks, and moves customer cases forward.

About the Role

As a Case Support Assistant, you will help review customer cases, check information, complete tasks, update records, and move cases forward through our internal system.

This is a good role for someone who enjoys admin work, problem solving, working on a computer, and helping customers get their cases completed.

Key Responsibilities

Review customer case information and documents
Follow step-by-step processes to complete case tasks
Help prepare and update property tax dispute cases, letter support cases, and related customer matters
Check details carefully and make sure information is accurate
Update case notes and records in our system
Complete assigned tasks within expected timeframes
Flag missing information, errors, or issues to the team leader
Communicate clearly with the team when support is needed
Help move cases forward until they are completed
Maintain a professional and helpful approach at all times

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for people who are reliable, focused, and willing to learn.

We may ask the successful candidate to complete a short certified online course to support their training and development in the role.
