About Us

TaxKings is a modern, growing accountancy practice supporting small businesses and individuals across the UK. We're passionate about excellent client service, efficient systems and making life easier for both our clients and our team.

We're looking for an organised, proactive Practice Operations Coordinator to help keep the practice running smoothly.

The Role

This role is all about keeping work moving.

You'll support the accountants by coordinating workflow, communicating with clients and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll play a key part in delivering an excellent client experience from enquiry through to completion.

Responsibilities

Managing new client onboarding
Preparing proposals and engagement documents
Chasing records and outstanding information
Raising invoices and monitoring approvals
Companies House administration
Updating BrightManager and other internal systems
Managing client communication by phone and email
Supporting the day-to-day flow of work across the practice
Assisting with workflow improvements and operational projects where required

Essential Requirements

Previous experience working in an accountancy practice (essential)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritise and react to changing workloads
High level of attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Experience with Slack, BrightManager, QuickBooks, Companies House and HMRC systems would be advantageous but isn't essential.
