The team you'll join:
As a Customer Experience Specialist with us, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team that focuses on delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling high volume calls in a timely manner, strong accurate communication when handling customer's details all while providing outstanding customer service and exceeding our customers’ expectations

A typical day:

Ensure that all specific procedures are carried out in a timely manner so that all customer bookings and information are accurate.
Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and business like image to all customers, potential customers, and other people you meet in the course of your work.
Respond to all calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner.
To offer help and support all Internal and external customers, take time to ensure all customers` needs are met and strive to exceed customers` expectations levels through great service.
Strive to ensure customer satisfaction, comply with office standards and safety and security procedures.
To attend training courses when asked, to help you develop in your role.
Treat internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring clear lines of communication.

What you'll bring:

You will need to be a customer- focused problem solver.
You will have experience in live chat or answering inbound enquiries via telephone
You will have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise customer queries.
You have strong clear communication and deliver results.
Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and our customers.
You will have high standards of customer service and achieving targets.
