Job Summary - WORK UNTIL CHRISTMAS 2026

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting and decorating techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Your work will enhance the aesthetic appeal and value of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and attention to detail.
Follow project specifications and safety guidelines to deliver flawless results efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and clarify project requirements.
Operate various tools and equipment safely, including brushes, rollers, spray guns, ladders, and scaffolding.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly.
Complete all necessary documentation related to job progress and materials used.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction painting and decorating or related trades.
CSCS Card
2x References
Own Tools
