Private General Practitioner (GP)

About Us

KONCEPT Medical Clinic is a modern, patient-focused private healthcare practice in the heart of Kingston upon Thames, providing high-quality primary care alongside specialist medical services in a welcoming, professionally equipped environment.

We are committed to delivering personalised, accessible healthcare with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, continuity of care, and outstanding patient experience. Our growing multidisciplinary team provides Private GP services, Dermatology, Women's Health, Aesthetics, and Specialist Consultations in a state-of-the-art clinical setting.

The Role

We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and patient-centred Private General Practitioner (GP) to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a GP who enjoys delivering high-quality, relationship-based medicine without the pressures of traditional NHS appointment constraints. You will have the time and support to provide thorough assessments, preventative healthcare, and personalised treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct private GP consultations for adults and children
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Provide health screenings, preventative healthcare, and lifestyle advice
Undertake health assessments and medical examinations
Arrange and interpret investigations including blood tests, imaging, and diagnostic procedures
Refer patients appropriately to specialist services when required
Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records
Contribute to the development of clinical pathways and patient services
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

What We're Looking For

✔ Full GMC registration with a licence to practise

✔ MRCGP (or equivalent recognised GP qualification)

✔ Experience working in NHS General Practice, Private Practice, or Urgent Care settings

✔ Excellent clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills

✔ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

✔ Professional indemnity insurance

Desirable

Experience in private healthcare
Special interests in areas such as Women's Health, Men's Health, Dermatology, Lifestyle Medicine, Occupational Health, or Preventative Medicine
Minor surgery experience

Working Pattern & Flexibility

Part-time: 1–2 days per week
Flexible scheduling available
Opportunity to increase sessions as patient demand grows
Self-employed, freelance, or employed arrangements considered
