As a key customer facing role, our Host team is responsible for:

Greeting sales and service customers, establishing their needs and putting them in contact with the appropriate team members.
Checking in’ service customers’ cars on site, and seeing them out in courtesy cars, when booked.
Providing hospitality to our customers while they are in the showroom, offering refreshments and arranging other services, such as gym and salon bookings.
Ensuring our showroom and facilities remain presentable and tidy.
Answering inbound calls for Poole Audi and managing the switchboard.

The ideal candidate will be extremely well presented with a friendly manner and experience in a premium customer service market and call handling.

Hours of work Monday 08.00 - 18.00 and Friday 08.30 - 18.30.

A uniform will be provided.
