Are you interested in hands-on experience in the custom apparel industry? We are offering a full time/part time role at our growing print and embroidery company, ideal for someone eager to learn practical skills in garment decoration and production.

Role Overview
As a Print & Production operator, you will be involved in the day-to-day operation of our Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing process and assist with applying designs to garments using a heat press machine. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a creative and fast-paced environment. We print for a variety of established brands from hundreds of different sectors, producing up to 60,000 garments a week.

Key Responsibilities

Operating a DTF print machine
Preparing and handling printed transfer films
Applying transfers to garments using a heat press
Assisting with general production workflow
Ensuring quality control of finished products
Keeping the workspace clean and organised

A strong interest in printing, fashion, or textile production
Willingness to learn and take direction
