Due to the career progression of our previous Apprentices, we now seek an HR Apprentice to join our small and friendly HR team - to join us in September 2026.
You will work with a team of HR professionals to provide general and HR administrative support at Head Office and to our academies. You will be expected to undertake a variety of administrative duties both independently and under supervision to ensure that we are meeting statutory safeguarding requirements and regulations.
The role will also support the team with ad hoc projects as required.
The role provides a fantastic opportunity to work and learn from a professional and diverse HR team and gain experience in a range of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, induction, contract of employment administration and health and well-being initiatives. You will also work closely with our Payroll and other support functions - as well as regular commuication with colleagues at Head Office and in our Academies.
During your apprenticeship with us, you will spend time working with our HR team to give you the comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of all the fundamental areas to provide you with success in your career.
Apprenticeship Provider
We have partnered with Loughborough College as our Apprenticeship provider. You will undertake the Business Administrator (Level 3) course - expected to be over 18 months. Most of your time will be spent working, learning on-the-job by getting hands on experience:

Online attendance with Loughborough College within the first 15-months, one morning per week with onsite sessions in the afternoon to assist with portfolio building and preparation for End Point Assessment

Diarised visits from dedicated Trainer/Assessor

Attendance to Loughborough College for an Induction Day (Induction to take place on the last Wednesday of the month that you are enrolled, 9:30am-3pm. Confirmation of date provided upon enrolment)
