Receptionist\Admin Assistant Deeplish Primary Academy

Required 1/9/2026 Permanent role

Terms of employment: 25 hours per week, 38.8 weeks per year.

(Term Time Only + 4 days)

8.30am-4.30pm on Monday & Friday and the remaining 10 hours can be flexible.

Salary range £25,583 - £26,824 Pay award pending (FTE) Please note this will be reduced and pro-rata to reflect the part-time working pattern outlined above.

We are seeking to employ a Receptionist / Administrator to join our office team and be the warm and welcoming face of Deeplish.

The successful candidate we would like to appoint must be flexible, enthusiastic, passionate and be able to work as part of a skilled team within an organised and disciplined environment.

We are looking for:

A warm and welcoming person to be the first point of contact for people coming to the academy

A hardworking and conscientious Receptionist / Administrator to support the smooth running of the academy office

A person who works well within a team

Someone who is able to develop good relationships with staff, parents and children.
