Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources and talent acquisition to develop their skills within a dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with various HRIS platforms, and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Duties

Manage lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media management and other channels.
Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to organise and track candidate information efficiently.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain relationships with prospective candidates via effective relationship management techniques to foster engagement.
Support the utilisation of Salesforce for recruitment-related activities and data management.
Assist in creating engaging job postings on social media platforms to attract diverse talent pools.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to relevant stakeholders.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources or recruitment coordination is preferred.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience with social media management tools for talent acquisition purposes is advantageous.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and Salesforce will be considered a significant asset.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in relationship management within a human resources context is beneficial. This position offers an engaging environment where organisational skills and proactive communication are valued highly. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our talent acquisition efforts while developing their expertise in human resources technology platforms and recruitment strategies.

Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
