Join South Devon College as a Careers Learning Journey Facilitator and play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of our students and adult learners. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will design, develop and deliver an engaging Employment Readiness Programme that equips learners with the confidence, skills and behaviours employers value most, while helping them clearly connect their studies to real career pathways. Working across a wide range of curriculum areas, you will create inclusive and impactful experiences—from employer engagement activities and enrichment events to tailored employability support—that broaden horizons, raise aspirations and support progression into work experience, apprenticeships and sustained employment. We are seeking a motivated individual with a Level 3 qualification, GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4+), and relevant sector experience. You will be confident delivering engaging employability and careers learning, with strong communication, organisation and digital skills, and experience supporting learners to progress. You will be proactive, able to manage priorities independently, and committed to safeguarding, equality and inclusive practice, with the flexibility to travel, work occasional evenings, and hold a full driving licence with access to transport.
