Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our products and services. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service to contribute to our company's growth. The position involves engaging in B2B sales, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional service to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that meet both client needs and company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using organisational tools to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and meet client expectations.
Drive sales activities through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and digital channels.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Proven experience in B2B sales environments with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant digital tools.
Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings and presentations.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
