Full job description

HOTEL RECEPTIONIST (PART-TIME)

Brentwood Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable and flexible Receptionist to join our team.

Hours:

2–3 shifts per week
14–21 hours per week
Evening shifts: 3:00pm–10:00pm
Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and checking them in and out
Handling bookings and enquiries
Answering telephone calls and emails
Processing payments
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting with the smooth running of reception

What We're Looking For:

✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Flexible with working hours
✅ Good IT and administrative skills
✅ Previous reception, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
