Job Overview

INFINITY NEXUS LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Romford, United Kingdom. This is a Full-Time, permanent position offering a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £68,100 per annum, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of improving efficiency and managing day-to-day business activities. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our operational processes, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and meets its strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development and performance management.
Analyse and improve organisational processes, working to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure financial targets are met.
Liaise with senior management to align operational activities with company-wide strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and health and safety regulations.
Identify and address operational problems and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of operational management principles and business functions, including finance, HR, and procurement.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with staff at all levels.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Adept at strategic planning and problem-solving.
A degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
