Full job description

Goadsby are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager or Lettings Assistant Manager to complement our existing team within the Chandlers Ford Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Negotiator ready to step up or an existing Assistant Manager looking to progress their career at a reputable estate agency.

You will receive:

As an Assistant Manager or Manager you will:

support the day-to-day running of a busy lettings office
generate new business and win instructions
build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
assist in managing the team, driving performance and achieving targets
liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing lets through to completion
manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings

The successful applicant will:

have previous experience in residential lettings
thrive on a challenge and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in winning business and achieving targets
have strong communication and interpersonal skills
be highly organised and excellent attention to detail
be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure
be resilient and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
have a full UK driving licence (essential)
