Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Pilates classes using reformer equipment, ensuring clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and motivating environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire individuals through specialised exercise instruction while fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Duties

Lead group and one-on-one Pilates reformer classes, demonstrating proper technique and form
Design customised workout programmes tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels
Provide clear instructions and modifications to accommodate various abilities and limitations
Monitor client progress, offering guidance and encouragement throughout sessions
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe studio environment by sanitising equipment after use
Keep up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques, industry standards, and health guidelines
Assist with client onboarding, including initial assessments and programme planning
Promote studio memberships and class packages to maximise client engagement

Skills

Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and abilities
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates exercises and injury prevention
Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear instructions and constructive feedback
Organised with the ability to adapt sessions based on individual needs
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their fitness objectives
