Full job description

Customer Administrator

Graham’s the Family Dairy is a Scottish food and drink brand, producing award-winning dairy products. Our range includes milk, butter, cream, ice cream, yogurt, skyr and more. We are seeking to appoint a permanent part-time Customer Administrator at our fast growing site in Cowdenbeath, Fife .

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all customer orders and queries, liaising with Planning, Despatch, customers and hauliers.

You will be responsible for:

Inputting customer orders
Booking transport
Generating despatch notes and invoices
Resolving customer queries
General office duties

Working in a fast paced, sales order processing environment , you will speak to customers on a daily basis, resolving queries, inputting data and providing updates to orders.

We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, friendly and confident, methodical and organised with excellent attention to detail and intermediate excel skills.

You will have a minimum of two years proven experience within an administration role.

The hours are an average of 25 hours per week over a four week period. Working pattern as follows -

09:00 – 17:00 Monday, Tuesday & Friday

09:00 – 14:00 Saturday & Sunday once every 4 weeks

Pay: £13.15 per hour
