SRM are currently recruiting for a Site Cleaner to join the team at the Kettering Energy Centre project. This is to keep the smooth running of a busy construction site by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.

The position is a fixed term contract for 10-12 months part -time.

Hours of work required : 8am – 2pm, Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining cleanliness of all site areas including welfare facilities (canteens, offices, changing rooms, and toilets)
Ensuring walkways and common areas are kept tidy, clear, and hazard-free
Removing waste and disposing of materials in line with site procedures
Replenishing cleaning supplies and sanitary products
Supporting the site team in maintaining health & safety standards

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience (construction site experience desirable but not essential)
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Right to work in the UK
CSCS Green Card is Essential for this role
