Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Crew Members / Cafe Baristas to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service, preparing a variety of food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers and monitoring/ensuring park rules are being followed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, along with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including speciality coffees, teas.
Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, and other light snacks.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all operations.
Serve customers promptly with friendly and professional service.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system.
Keep the café area clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure swift service delivery.
To be able to marshal park rules to customers of all ages

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Ability to work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food service while working in a friendly team environment dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay: £8.44-£12.71 per hour
