Overview
Swesh Studio is looking for a friendly, reliable and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team.

We are a community-focused fitness studio offering Reformer Pilates, spin, strength training, hybrid fitness, classes, open gym and recovery facilities all under one roof. We are looking for an instructor who can deliver safe, effective and enjoyable Reformer Pilates sessions for a range of abilities, from complete beginners through to more experienced clients.

The role will involve planning and delivering high-quality Reformer Pilates classes, supporting members with technique, creating a welcoming class environment, and helping clients feel confident, comfortable and challenged.

Hours can be flexible, with potential for regular weekly classes, cover work and future growth as the studio develops.

Responsibilities

Lead Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique.
Develop customised programmes to meet individual client needs and fitness goals.
Provide clear, motivating instructions and demonstrations during sessions.
Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry developments through ongoing professional development.
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:
Qualified to teach Reformer Pilates

Experience teaching Reformer Pilates is preferred, but we are also open to speaking with newly qualified instructors who have the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.

Confident delivering group sessions
Friendly, approachable and professional
Able to adapt exercises for different abilities and experience levels
Confident correcting technique and giving clear instructions
Reliable, punctual and organised
Passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and build confidence
Comfortable working as part of a positive, community-focused fitness studio

Pay: From £25.00 per hour
