Full job description

Can you build a rocket from a cardboard box, host a teddy bears' picnic, and comfort a child who's missing home... all before lunchtime?

If so, you'll fit right in at Marston Day Nursery. We're looking for an experienced Unqualified Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about helping children learn through play, exploration, and everyday adventures. If you bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a nurturing approach to your work, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Part of the CC Nurseries family, Marston Day Nursery offers a welcoming and engaging environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and grow. As an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities, creative experiences, and outdoor learning opportunities.

Working alongside qualified practitioners, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Your experience, enthusiasm, and caring approach will make a real difference to children and families every day.
