Full job description

We are looking for a local competent Administrative Reception assistant to work at our Nazeing Valley GP surgery. The applicant needs to be confident and able to work under pressure. The role entails administrative work dealing with patient records and dealing with patients face to face or by telephone, communicating with hospitals and care homes. Training would be given to the suitable applicant, as part of the job role involves issuing prescriptions, scanning and dealing with all forms of correspondence

The usual hours of work are between 8:00am - 6:30pm which is split into morning/afternoon shifts. Salary dependent on experience.

Experience would be preferred but willing to train the right candidate with at least two years previous admin experience.

Work remotely
