Job Description:

Whitwell Surgery has an opportunity for a Receptionist/Medical Secretary to join our small friendly team.

Experience of working in General Practice, knowledge of system 1 & making referrals/eRS essential

The role includes a variety of duties such as answering telephones, working on the reception desk, as well as providing dispensary support when required. The ideal candidate will need excellent IT, communication and people skills.

You should be able to cope in a busy, fast paced environment be efficient and organised and have a can do attitude.

We are a caring and supportive organisation committed to providing the best possible care for our patients and their families. We are a member of the NHS Pension Scheme and the salary may be negotiable dependent upon experience.

Hours are full time, although flexible, part time working considered.
