Keystone, one of Rochdale’s leading estate agencies is offering a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic, outgoing and confident Lettings and Sales Negotiator willing to develop in an exciting and varied role as part of our successful team in an expanding and forward looking business. The job will involve working in a busy, fast paced office environment.

Role

You will be part of a team managing a large property portfolio, delivering high-quality lettings and management services as well as property sales to our clients. The main purpose of the role is to generate and book lettings and sales valuations, conduct property viewings, liaise and negotiate tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants, progress tenancies though to move in.

Requirements

Well presented and mannered
Self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
Strong administration skills
Drivers license

Between Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00
