RSR Technologies Ltd operates in the Information Technology (IT) consultancy sector, specialising in cloud transformation, digital workplace solutions, IT infrastructure optimisation, business process improvement, and technology implementation services. We work with a diverse client base, providing consultancyled solutions that help organisations improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve their digital transformation objectives. To meet this growing demand, we require one IT Business Consultant – Implementation. The role is essential to support clients throughout the project lifecycle, from identifying business requirements and analysing existing processes to developing implementation roadmaps and ensuring successful deployment of technology solutions. The proposed role will be responsible for: Gathering and documenting client business requirements. Conducting business process analysis and identifying improvement opportunities. Preparing implementation and transformation plans. Liaising between clients and technical delivery teams. Supporting change management and stakeholder engagement activities. Monitoring project progress and ensuring successful implementation outcomes. Assisting clients with cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.

Existing client contracts and ongoing project commitments requiring dedicated consultancy support.

Expansion of our cloud transformation and digital workplace service offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Conduct detailed assessments of business operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Gather, interpret, and benchmark data understand performance trends and industry positioning. Develop evidence-based strategic recommendations that support growth, efficiency, and cost optimisation. Define organisational goals and KPIs aligned with company strategy and market conditions. Map, analyse, and redesign business processes using established methodologies to improve productivity and quality. Lead or support projects using structured project-management approaches, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Coordinate changemanagement activities, including communication, training, and monitoring adoption. Conduct financial modelling, forecasting, and ROI analysis to support business cases and investment decisions. Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning. Engage with stakeholders.
