Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and connecting talented professionals with leading employers.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from generating new business opportunities and sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and maintaining long-term client relationships. You'll play a key role in helping businesses find exceptional talent while supporting candidates throughout their career journey.

Whether you have previous recruitment experience or are looking to build a successful career in the industry, we provide ongoing training, development and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Source high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking and referrals.
Screen, interview and assess candidates to match them with suitable vacancies.
Write engaging job advertisements and manage candidate applications.
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to successful placement.
Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay up to date with market trends, salary information and industry developments.
Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment software/CRM systems.
Previous recruitment, sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people find the right opportunities.
