Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments and skincare services, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, providing customised beauty solutions to a diverse clientele. The successful applicant will be passionate about enhancing clients' natural beauty and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, manicures, pedicures, extra training can be given by our in-house trainer for various treatments.
Provide personalised skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
Promote retail sales of skincare and beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen carefully to client needs and provide tailored advice
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding with clients and team members
Organised with attention to detail in all aspects of treatment delivery and hygiene standards
Ability to work flexibly within a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure
A genuine passion for beauty therapy combined with a commitment to ongoing professional development
Willingness to learn other treatments to suit the business.

Pay: From £100.00 per day
