Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to work across all departments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong computer skills, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and is a varied and interesting role.

Duties

Assist with daily workflow operations and maintain an organised workspace.
Handle new patient registrations and patient records.
Perform onward referral tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and files
Help out in our Patient Services team.
Triage E Consults
Support team members with clerical duties as needed to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications.
Strong typing skills.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
